As a member of the Partnership and Engagement team at The Blood Cancer Foundation of Michigan, Mary shows her leadership skills through community engagement efforts. Creating and growing relationships that support BCFM’s mission, she energetically finds ways to tap into the passion that people feel for helping others. Her focus on corporate partnerships drives our engagement strategy and helps connect people who want to help with people who need it!
Mary’s passionate dedication to nonprofit work stems from personal experiences, including her mother’s unsupported cancer journey. She’s inspired to ensure stability for our patients and families while they are engaged in their blood cancer journey and she is uniquely qualified to that task.
She holds a Certificate in Fundraising Management from Indiana University Lilly School of Philanthropy and specialized training from the University of Minnesota. Outside work, Mary enjoys time with her family, especially as “Mimi,” as well as cooking, quilting, and meeting kindhearted people over coffee and good conversation.
