Dan Layman
Community Liaison Manager
In his position as Community Liaison Manager, Dan Layman has the important task of building awareness for BCFM's mission. He advocates for patients and families facing a blood cancer journey, and puts a "face to our name" within the Michigan health care community.
Prior to working at BCFM, Dan held several roles in non-profit outreach and administration. In these roles, he gained valuable experience in the area of supporting grieving children and families, both through hospice and peer support organizations. This experience will prove invaluable as Dan provides the resources and support patients and families need during the difficult aftermath of a blood cancer diagnosis.
Dan holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, and received his MBA in Marketing from Michigan State.
